Protocols Fast Advisor: Dr. Jeff T. Grange, MD, MBA, FACEP, is an emergency physician entrepreneur based in Southern California. He serves as CEO of Symbiosis Ambulance & Urgent Care, organizations specializing in emergency medical services and event safety. With more than 30 years of clinical and EMS leadership experience, Dr. Grange has previously served as Medical Director for SCORE International, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Air Rescue Team, and as an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Loma Linda University.

Chief Nursing Officer, Symbiosis Care

Protocols Fast Advisor: Dawn M. Downs is the Chief Nursing Officer for Symbiosis. She worked as a critical care nurse in the SICU at Sharp HealthCare until 2019 and has also worked in critical care transport since 2009.  Dawn holds a Master of Science in Nursing with dual specializations as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC).
